MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICE
  Our Management Consulting Service is designed for Businesses who have been using our Software for their daily business processes for over a year. Our consultants will analyze your existing organizational problems and provide recommendations for more effective or efficient ways of performing work tasks, industry "best practices", technology implementation, strategy development, or operational improvement.
This a teleconference service for one of our consultants to provide a daily 2 hr consultation for a 2 week period .

ONSITE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICE
  Our Management Consulting Service is designed for Businesses who have been using our Software for their daily business processes for over a year. Our consultants will analyze your existing organizational problems and provide recommendations for more effective or efficient ways of performing work tasks, industry "best practices", technology implementation, strategy development, or operational improvement.
This an on-site service is for one of our consultants to come to your business for 3 days (7.5 hrs/day).
This price does not include travel, accommodations or meals.

Ledger Restart
  This solution will include access to resources that specifically pertain to the subject matter of Accounting in System Five.
Material will be in the form of video tutorials and written documents, and will be assigned activities to take place prior to remote sessions with your Implementation Specialist. The remote session format will be a discussion of the reviewed resource material, any necessary demonstration of the subject matter, and setup as necessary to implement new functionality.

Subject matter for this Implementation Solution will include: Implementing Accounting/Ledger Restart.
Accounting processes will include, Accounts Payable transactions, General Ledger transactions, reconciling and reporting. The actual Restart consists of reversing the trial balance to zero in preparation for setting up accurate opening balances. Opening balances consist of Accounts Receivables customer balances, Accounts Payable Supplier balances, and the Trial Balance. The timeline for all learning and the ultimate transition to using the accounting will be planned and agreed upon with your Implementation Specialist.

This Implementation Solution will consist of an estimated 4-6 remote Sessions, and 5-8 follow up calls
(Remote sessions will be scheduled during the planning of this solution and are typically 30 - 45 minutes in length.
Follow up calls are shorter in length (15-20 minutes) and follow the remote session. They offer an opportunity to ask questions about the previous remote session that have arisen during practice or implementing new functions.


This Solution will last for a period of 3 months from Initial contact with the Implementation Specialist.
