Windward Software Beta Program
Thank you for your interest in the Windward Software Beta program. We are excited about this release and your participation in our Beta program. Your involvement will help us achieve even higher levels of product quality for Windward products including the point of sales systems that we offer.

What is a Beta Program?
The beta testing cycle is part of our software development process. The purpose of beta testing is to expose the product such as any new point of sale system that we offer, which has just completed internal testing to the rigors of the real world.

What are the benefits of Beta testing for me?
Beta testing allows you, the user, to get a sneak preview of our upcoming products and features. Beta testing for Windward products takes you to the leading-edge technology which will put you ahead of the industry. You get a chance to participate in the improvement of the product by providing us with suggestions and reporting any problems.

What are the benefits of Beta testing for Windward?
Beta testing is crucial for testing new and enhanced features on our software products and for helping us release a stable version of the software. Allowing our users to beta test our products before they are released provides us with valuable feedback on the usability and stability of the products.

Beta testing also allows us to find and fix problems before the product is put on the market for general use. We understand the importance of reliable point of sales systems. That?s why we use this beta testing? we want you, the user, to have the best product available.

How does it all work?
You will be provided with a Windward technical support contact who will guide you through the process. This contact will be available to answer your questions and keep you informed of any fixes as they are made available. An email will be sent periodically detailing any changes made to each version of the product. A link will be provided to a product report/modification suggestion submittal form, which will send any information you wish directly to your Windward technical support contact.

How is technical support charged?
The premise under which Windward charges for technical support does not change. Time spent for the fixing and discovery of bugs in the software will not be charged.
