There are now three different areas for new and existing Windward Clients to learn about our software. They are; the Documentation that is accessed from within the software, our new Video Training Library as well a new Wiki Website that replaces our web-based Knowledge Base.
While we have vastly increased the amount of information available to you, we also want to make it fast and convenient to access! To accomplish this, we have created the Windward On-Line Self Help repository combining all three of these information sources and giving you the ability to search in one place for the answer to your question.
All the content on the Windward Self Help site is available to all Windward clients through the month of February. After this time period, the "Premium" level information which include the Video Training Library among other things will be available to those clients that are current with their Annual Software Maintenance fees.
